Community Update

The Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for April 4, 2020 is cancelled due to Covid-19 precautions, as are all upcoming reservations for events to be held at The Resort. We will not be taking new reservations until the restrictions are lifted.

The North Rosedale Board of Directors held their first Skype board meeting on 3/19/2020 and it went very well! Going forward until precautions for gathering are lifted, all board meetings will be held via Skype. Homeowner are invited to call in during General Session.

The contracted vendors for your community are continuing to work within the mandated precautions to keep your amenities and common areas in great condition and provide contracted patrol.

The Board of Directors and Management would also ask all residents within the community that are home sheltering in place to continue to maintain your property by mowing your lawns, pulling weeds, pulling your trash cans behind your gates and completing basic maintenance of your homes. The Board of Directors will be postponing adding additional fines to homeowners not in compliance with the CC&R’s until the restrictions are lifted, but the violations will remain open until compliance is met.
