The August North Rosedale board meeting has been cancelled and rescheduled to their next regular board meeting of 9/18/19.

At the April 17th board meeting, the Board of Directors voted to open The Resort Pool from 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM for adult lap swimming.
Please enjoy the pool for adult lap swimming only and be mindful of the surrounding neighbors that may still be sound asleep. Thank you.
The Board of Directors reviewed the hours for The Resort staffing and voted to revise the hours of operation. The normal business hours for The Resort Manager onsite will be, Thursday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with seasonal Sundays as needed. The new hours will begin this week, Thursday 3/28/19.

The Resort key system has been updated, if you have not picked up your new key fobs they will be available at The Resort Office – 740 E. Sierra Madre, every Friday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a lunch break in the middle of the day. Reminder that tenants need to have homeowner permission to pick up the key fobs. We are very excited to announce the opening of our new Ontario Regional Office, which occurred February 20, 2018! The office is located at 3155-D Sedona Court, Suite 150, Ontario, CA 91764. Please be sure to update your records with the new address.
This new location provides our Ontario Team Members with dedicated space to serve our Inland Empire clients. We couldn’t be more excited about the move and look forward to continuing to provide service beyond expectations from our new location.
