You are invited to participate in a survey for Rosedale residents only on the 9-acre park proposed for the middle of Rosedale by Rosedale Land Partners (RLP). The survey tells you what park features have been proposed and then asks you whether you prefer the park as proposed without making changes, or whether you prefer to have different features in the park. Results will be shared with RLP and the city. The survey will be open until 5 pm on Tuesday, September 29th.
A link to the survey is below.
Please see below for the documents presented by RLP (Rosedale Land Partners) for proposed plans that have been submitted to the City of Azusa for review on 6/2 for the Great Park and 180 apartments to be built on the 15 acre parcel at Azusa Veterans Way and Promenade. Please make your voices heard to the City of Azusa Planning Commission and City Council with your questions, comments and concerns for the proposed project. The Board of Directors opposes the current plans as presented and it will be up to the voices of each homeowner to make the City of Azusa take notice of the opposition.
Please take a moment to review the Integrated Facility Reopening Plan for the North Rosedale Resort Amenities. At this time there is not a date from LA County for reopening of Community Pools. But once the green light is given, North Rosedale will be ready to go! We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty as the Board works to provide the best environment for the community.
Also, the homes that are in need of exterior maintenance that have been called to hearing for the past two months have had extensions granted due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Sadly, there are many homes where the yards are overgrown and full of weeds, the parkways are bare, trash cans not behind gates, holiday decor up, and other items that could be handled while sheltering in place. At the May 21st board meeting, the Board agreed to grant an extension until June 1st before the fines per the violation policy will be assessed to the non-compliant homes. If you have been called to a hearing, please make sure you do your basic home maintenance prior to June 1st to avoid a CC&R fine. Thank you for doing your part to keep the community beautiful and property values high.
The Board of Directors has been working diligently on a Fitness Center expansion project at The Resort and we are excited to announce that construction will begin on Thursday, 10/1/2020. The Fitness will gain approximately 200 square feet to better serve the residents of the community.
Once the Fitness Center expansion is completed, we will post photos on the website and review a reopening date per the LA County tiered guidelines. Thank you for your patience with the process.
Any questions, please contact Management at email@example.com.
Please review the information on the attached PDF for information regarding the Canyon City Class Complaint. This is not an HOA item for agenda discussion during monthly board meetings but the Board of Directors approved sending the attached PDF to all North Rosedale homeowners.
